Senior TikTok Media Buyer

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast-growing Slovenian startup that runs weekly meetups in cities across the US, UK, Canada and beyond. It is looking for a senior TikTok media buyer to own TikTok as a paid channel, end to end, in a fully remote role within an international team where English is the working language. The company values good instincts backed by data and wants someone who understands why they do what they do.

Key responsibilities

• Own TikTok as a paid channel: strategy, planning, launching and scaling campaigns across TOF and BOF
• Manage a growing monthly TikTok budget and steer it toward real results
• Work with creative and creators on hooks, UGC, Spark Ads and angles that convert
• Set up and maintain TikTok Pixel, Events API tracking and retargeting
• Analyse metrics and quickly decide what to cut and scale
• Spot creative fatigue early and keep a steady pipeline of fresh tests
• Build AI tools and automations into the workflow
• Share learnings and help raise the bar across the growth team

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling TikTok campaigns across TOF and BOF with significant monthly budgets
• Deep understanding of TikTok-native creative (hooks, UGC, Spark Ads, trends, creator content)
• Organised, self-driven, comfortable working remotely and asynchronously, and proactive

Required skills

• TikTok Pixel, Events API, retargeting and attribution
• Strong analytical skills and quick decisions based on metrics
• Experience implementing AI tools and automations
• Nice to have: experience with 50+ products across geos (ideally including the US), multiple verticals, Meta and other paid social channels, and TikTok Creator Marketplace or creator agencies
