UGC/Creator Program Manager

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast-growing Slovenian startup that helps turn strangers into friends through weekly meetups in cities across the US, UK, Canada and beyond. It is looking for a UGC/Creator Program Manager to build and scale its creator program, working on-site in the Ljubljana city centre team where English is the first office language.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the creator program end-to-end: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, contracting and activation.
• Find and onboard creators across the US, UK, Canada and beyond, from established influencers to everyday people and brand-new accounts.
• Write creative briefs and run campaigns from concept to delivery, testing hooks and formats and scaling what works.
• Build the processes, tools and vendor relationships needed to grow the program from dozens to hundreds of active creators.
• Create content guidelines and playbooks that keep content authentic and on-brand.
• Manage the program budget, track performance and turn creator output into insights for the growth team.
• Work with media buyers to feed UGC into paid acquisition.

Required profile

• Experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships or ambassador programs; the focus is on what has been built rather than years of experience.
• A strong feel for high-performing UGC and understanding of creator briefs, contracts and rate negotiation.
• Comfortable onboarding, coaching and negotiating with creators.
• Ability to read performance data and act on it quickly.
• Self-starter who can run a high-volume program independently, with excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with creator management or tracking platforms.
• Background in a consumer app, community or events business.
• Sourcing experience in the US or UK market.
• Having made UGC yourself.
