Short-Form Content Producer

About the role

Zebra Dolphin, an online dealer building a curated online bazaar of substances, is looking for an experienced, culture-aware creator to make engaging short- and mid-form videos that keep people watching. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Ljubljana, and is offered as an independent contractor with an initial 6-month trial period.

Key responsibilities

• Create TikTok-native videos with strong hooks, tight narratives and pacing that drive action, not just views.
• Plan from concept to post: turn a script or idea into a shot list, formats and a plan for filming versus AI or stock footage.
• Design shoots so they yield many outputs across platforms, then film on phone or camera and edit in CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci.
• Write captions, titles, hooks and thumbnails that reflect current culture and pop culture.
• Review performance weekly and turn it into a simple system the team can learn from.
• Own the content calendar, asset library and posting workflow.

Required profile

• Nice to have: understanding of short-form storytelling and retention, ability to research topics independently and distill them into on-brand narratives.
• Nice to have: experience making content for regulated categories such as cannabis, alcohol, nicotine and supplements, and knowledge of platform rules.
• Nice to have: basic marketing understanding, ability to make "Dolphin" sounds on camera, sense of humor.

Required skills

• Video editing in CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci
• Writing captions, titles and thumbnails
