Senior Meta Media Buyer (Remote)

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast-growing Slovenian startup that helps turn strangers into friends through local meetups in cities across the US, UK, Canada and beyond. It is looking for a Senior Meta Media Buyer who owns the strategy, builds the testing system and knows why campaigns work and stop working. The role is fully remote, with an international team and English as the working language.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Meta acquisition strategy end to end, from account structure to scaling plans
• Plan, launch and scale Meta campaigns across TOF and BOF, and manage $100k+ in monthly ad spend, growing it profitably
• Build and run a structured creative testing framework (hooks, UGC, angles) with the creative team
• Set up and maintain retargeting, whitelisting and CAPI tracking, ensuring the data is trustworthy
• Read metrics and make fast decisions on what to cut and scale
• Build AI tools and automations into your workflow and the team's
• Share learnings, raise the bar for the team and mentor others

Required profile

• Proven track record managing and scaling $100k+ in monthly ad spend
• Deep experience scaling TOF and BOF campaigns
• Strong understanding of the creative side of advertising and how to test it systematically
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make quick, confident decisions
• Experience implementing AI tools and automations
• Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong written communication
• Nice to have: accounts with 50+ products across geos (ideally including the US), multiple verticals (ecom, info, apps), and experience leading or mentoring media buyers
