Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

Deel is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the execution of its global procurement strategy. You will own end‑to‑end purchasing, vendor management, and contract governance, partnering with IT, Finance, Legal and business teams to drive cost efficiency and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage the full purchasing lifecycle, from requisition to payment, across software, services and equipment.
• Maintain a single source of truth for the technology stack and enforce disciplined governance on access, utilization and contracts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Customer Success) to oversee renewals and optimize spend.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading procurement functions in a fast‑growing SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate spend data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple departments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.
