Operations Support Specialist

About the role

This junior‑to‑mid‑level position supports the day‑to‑day processing of KYC requests, refunds and user verification cases for a fast‑growing fintech payments company. You will ensure operational cases are handled accurately, documentation is complete and communication with merchants and partners remains clear and professional.

Key responsibilities

• Process KYC requests and manage user verification workflows.
• Request, review and archive required documentation from clients.
• Monitor case status and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
• Collect and organise information related to chargebacks, disputed transactions and partner requests.
• Communicate with clients and partners to obtain missing information.
• Process refund requests submitted by merchants and internal teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date end‑user documentation and records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations, back‑office, customer support, document verification or administrative roles.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, PSPs, iGaming, Crypto or related industries is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills and professional interaction with merchants and partners.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of cases and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, process‑oriented approach.
• Fluency in Russian and at least an intermediate level of English.
