Finance Business Partner – Remote (AI Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Finance Business Partner to join a fast‑growing European deep‑tech company that builds sovereign, energy‑efficient AI compute platforms. The role is fully remote within EMEA, with occasional travel to client sites and headquarters. You will work closely with commercial, operations and product teams, as well as directly with end‑clients, to drive financially‑sound decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial, operations and product teams to provide financial analysis for strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain financial simulation models, including business plans, unit economics and deployment scenarios.
• Model and present ROI and total cost of ownership for infrastructure deployments to cities, institutions, energy producers and enterprises.
• Own monthly financial reporting, profitability analysis by site/unit, and KPI tracking (margin, cash conversion, payback period).
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and challenge operational assumptions.
• Analyze manufacturing and deployment cost structures and identify optimisation levers.
• Prepare financial materials for executive committees, boards and investors; support due‑diligence for fundraising or asset financing.
• Collaborate with finance teams across the group to ensure model consistency and consolidated reporting.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in corporate finance, FP&A or business finance, preferably in a capex‑intensive environment (infrastructure, energy, industrials, telecom, data centres).
• Proven ability to build complex financial models and present ROI analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a startup or hyper‑growth setting is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical rigor, autonomy and excellent client‑facing communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus.

• Advanced Excel for financial modelling.
