Finance Representative – Customer-Focused Financial Services

About the role

As a Finance Representative you will guide customers through the entire financing journey, from the first commercial discussion to the preparation of proposals, contracting and ongoing portfolio management. You will work closely with the vehicle sales organisation and internal teams to deliver integrated, sustainable financing solutions while ensuring compliance and sound credit decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to grow the financing business.
• Identify customer needs and prepare tailored financing and insurance solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage the full financing process, including meetings, negotiations, credit assessment, and contract preparation.
• Assess creditworthiness, financial position and business risks, and compile financing applications with supporting documentation.
• Monitor active financing agreements, portfolio quality, receivables and customer developments.
• Collaborate with sales, credit, operations and other stakeholders to provide integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with AML, sanctions, data‑protection and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, credit, leasing, banking or similar financial roles.
• Good understanding of financial statements and basic credit analysis principles.
• Strong customer orientation, commercial mindset and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
• Category B driving licence.
