Portfolio Development and Launch Manager - Brazed Heat Exchangers

About the role

Danfoss is looking for a Portfolio Development and Launch Manager to shape the future of its brazed heat exchanger portfolio. The role defines the right solutions for customers, turning customer insights into competitive product offerings for OEMs, partners and end users worldwide. It is described as a highly visible global position connecting market opportunities with product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product portfolio strategies and roadmaps that drive profitable growth and maximise customer value.
• Lead new product launch activities so products are well positioned, successfully introduced and adopted in target markets.
• Gather and translate customer and market insights into product concepts, portfolio improvements and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D and Strategy teams to align priorities.
• Drive regional portfolio development, track launch performance and plan strategically to strengthen market competitiveness.

Required profile

• At least 5-7 years of experience developing product portfolio strategies, roadmaps and launch plans.
• Proven ability to work across functions, influence stakeholders and build strong professional relationships.
• A customer-first mindset, able to turn market needs into business opportunities.
• Fluency in English is required.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of brazed heat exchangers and their applications in the heating and cooling industry.
• Combining technical product understanding with commercial, customer-focused decision making.
