Student Technical Customer Support

About the role

A 12-month student position in technical customer support based in Kamnik, combining engineering knowledge with real customer questions. You will help the team handle technical inquiries, prepare information and guide customers and colleagues to the right answers and solutions. The role offers the chance to grow into a full-time position after the initial 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in handling technical customer inquiries and preparing accurate product and application information
• Assist with technical calculations, documentation and product questions related to heat transfer and energy systems
• Work with experienced colleagues to analyse customer needs and identify suitable technical solutions
• Help prepare and organise technical materials, data and documentation used in customer support
• Collaborate with internal teams so customers receive clear, reliable and timely technical support

Required profile

• Student with a technical background, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related field
• Education or basic knowledge in heat transfer, thermodynamics or energy systems
• Precise, consistent and diligent, with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, responsible and willing to learn, enjoying solving technical problems
• Comfortable communicating and working with others
