Project Manager – New Product Development

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead cross‑functional initiatives that bring new products and product changes from concept to market. You will coordinate global teams, manage timelines, risks and ensure delivery meets quality, cost and business impact goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new product development and change projects from initiation through completion, meeting agreed objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple locations, align priorities and drive accountability.
• Plan and manage milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies to support informed decision‑making.
• Monitor performance, provide clear status updates and communicate challenges to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve risks early, escalating critical issues to protect timelines and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross‑functional projects in manufacturing, engineering, industrial or product development environments.
• Strong project management expertise, including planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions, locations and organisational levels.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting status, preparing decision‑making materials and aligning stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Slovenian required for positions based in Slovenia.
