Portfolio Development and Launch Manager

About the role

As a Portfolio Development and Launch Manager you will shape the future of Danfoss' brazed heat‑exchanger portfolio, turning customer insights into competitive product offerings that drive sustainable growth worldwide. You will act as the bridge between market opportunities and product strategy, ensuring our solutions meet real‑world needs and create value for OEMs, partners and end users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product portfolio strategies and roadmaps that drive profitable growth and maximize customer value.
• Lead new product launch activities, ensuring effective positioning, successful market introduction and adoption.
• Gather and translate customer and market insights into innovative product concepts, portfolio improvements and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D and Strategy teams to align priorities and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Drive regional portfolio development initiatives, monitor launch performance and support strategic planning to strengthen market competitiveness.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of brazed heat exchangers and their applications within the heating and cooling industry.
• Ability to combine technical product understanding with commercial, customer‑focused decision making.
• 5–7 years of experience developing product portfolio strategies, roadmaps and launch plans.
• Proven ability to work effectively across functions, influence stakeholders and build strong professional relationships.
• Customer‑first mindset with the ability to identify market needs and convert them into valuable business opportunities.
• Fluency in English.
