Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of equipment and contribute to a safe and efficient production environment at our Škofja vas plant.

Key responsibilities

• Independently perform maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
• Carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Participate in the design, improvement and preparation of equipment.
• Identify potential risks and implement timely corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production needs.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Fluent English (minimum B1 level) and ability to read technical documentation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on precision, reliability and responsibility.
• Effective teamwork and communication abilities.
• Capability to set priorities and work towards practical solutions.
