Territory Manager – Cybersecurity Sales

About the role

Check Point is looking for an energetic Territory Manager to drive new and expansion business across Slovenia and Bosnia. You will work closely with channel partners and C‑level decision makers, turning market opportunities into a measurable pipeline while supporting customers in their AI‑driven security transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new and expansion opportunities across Slovenia and Bosnia.
• Develop and execute a data‑driven territory plan and coverage priorities.
• Activate partner‑led co‑sell motions with channel partners and customers.
• Deliver partner training, seminars and enablement sessions to generate pipeline.
• Build trusted relationships with decision‑makers at target accounts.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract and pricing negotiations.
• Monitor funnel velocity, partner impact and territory penetration using Check Point tools.
• Coordinate a virtual account team of specialists, SEs, CSMs, etc.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity within Slovenia and Bosnia.
• Proven ability to translate territory insights into focused, data‑driven coverage plans.
• Strong track record of building pipeline and revenue through partner‑led co‑selling.
• Experience running high‑impact seminars, webinars or enablement programs.
• Highly organized, able to manage a high‑volume book of opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for technical, business and executive audiences.
• Fluent in Slovenian and English; Bosnian knowledge is a plus.
