Clinical Account Specialist – EP Lab (Biosense Webster)

About the role

The Clinical Account Specialist will provide clinical support for electrophysiology (EP) labs, promote Biosense Webster products, and drive business growth across Slovenia. The role blends technical expertise, customer education, and sales activities to improve patient outcomes in cardiovascular care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of EP procedures, heart arrhythmias, and competitor offerings.
• Demonstrate product features, troubleshoot in the lab, and tailor conversations to diverse audiences.
• Collect and analyse market data, prepare pricing offers, and respond to public procurement requests.
• Organise and deliver educational sessions, product launches, and training for partners.
• Manage expense reports, forecasts, and quality‑complaint processes while collaborating with internal support teams.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably technical, biomedical or medical.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and native‑level Slovenian.
• Strong analytical thinking, project‑driving ability and teamwork orientation.
• High energy, responsibility, and willingness to travel locally and occasionally to neighboring countries.
• Valid driving licence.
