Tech Lead - Data Solutions - Measurement Team

About the role

Teads is an omnichannel advertising platform that processes 18 billion ad opportunities daily and connects brands with a monthly reach of over 2.2 billion users. Its Measurement pod is a senior-heavy center of expertise covering Identity, Measurement and Targeting. As Tech Lead for Measurement, you will oversee the full-stack engine that proves outcomes such as attention, sales uplift and brand uplift, guiding technical strategy while staying hands-on.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and design scalable, resilient system architectures for the measurement infrastructure.
• Challenge and structure product propositions with Product Managers and Data Science, sizing the technical effort.
• Take direct ownership of complex projects, write critical code and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Run exploratory engineering: proofs of concept and technical paths for new measurement features.
• Promote engineering excellence, better tooling and improved ways of working.
• Build and scale the full-stack infrastructure for premium metrics, including ETLs and internal/external APIs for feedback with measurement providers.
• Oversee high-performance dashboards and tools in TAM to show outcomes to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Multiple shipped projects in software engineering.
• Analytical and experimental mindset, preferring to prove ideas before investing heavily in development.
• Good communication skills and collaboration within a diverse global team.

Required skills

• Good programming ability and strong testing practice.
• Familiarity with large, high-throughput, distributed systems and big data processing.
• Production knowledge: release, observability and troubleshooting.
