Crypto Product Manager

About the role

The company is looking for a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy and roadmap of its crypto products, working with engineering, design, compliance and marketing to build trusted products covering trading, wallets, DeFi and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and user research in the crypto and Web3 space
• Write product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; prioritize features and manage the backlog
• Work with engineers, designers and blockchain developers to deliver features on time
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams on KYC/AML and licensing requirements
• Define and track KPIs such as user growth, retention, trading volume and revenue
• Lead go-to-market planning and product launches, and gather user feedback to iterate

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto or Web3
• Solid understanding of blockchain, wallets, exchanges, DeFi and tokenomics
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to decide quickly in a fast-moving, uncertain environment
• Nice to have: experience launching a crypto product, token or NFT platform; knowledge of MAS, MiCA and other regulations; active participation in the crypto ecosystem

Required skills

• Data analysis and product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel and SQL
• Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Notion
• Nice to have: technical background or ability to read smart contracts at a basic level

What we offer

• Base salary of $180,000
