Support Associate – Full-Time, Ljubljana

About the role

Wolt is looking for new full-time support associates to join its team in the Ljubljana office. The work is shift-based and runs every day between 06:45 and 01:00, including weekends and holidays, so you can provide customers with top service at any time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to customers and partners, going beyond simple problem solving to make sure each customer gets a memorable experience.
• Work in a diverse team of support staff and cooperate with colleagues to resolve issues, including technical ones.
• Communicate fluently and smoothly with customers and partners, adapting your tone to each person's needs.
• Be creative and focused on completing tasks well.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Slovenian and English.
• Some experience in a similar role and enjoyment of working in a praised customer support team.
• Quick learner who pays attention to details as well as the bigger picture.
• Comfortable handling several interactions at once and prioritising them.
• Ready to start in a fast-growing startup environment.
