Recruitment Partner (Remote)

About the role

JobRack helps small businesses and start-ups in the US and Europe hire remote team members from Eastern Europe and South Africa. As a Recruitment Partner you work with clients on a wide range of roles, from ecommerce and marketing to tech, and report to the Recruitment Lead. You sit alongside the Sourcing Specialist, who handles much of the candidate search, while you focus on clients, candidates and closing hires.

Key responsibilities

• Run the client onboarding call, understand their business and stay close to them through the whole process
• Work with the Sourcing Specialist to build shortlists that make a client's decision easy
• Research the client, role and market thoroughly before speaking to candidates
• Interview candidates deeply, beyond the CV, and keep them informed on scheduling, tasks and feedback
• Give honest advice to clients on salary, budget and realistic specifications
• Own the strategy and results of each role, including tech positions

Required profile

• 5+ years as a recruiter in an agency environment, working internationally
• Experience with clients in the USA, UK and Europe, with founders and business owners as direct hiring managers
• Genuine sourcing ability, including using AI to support you; sourcing in South Africa and/or Eastern Europe is an advantage
• Ability to read technical CVs, hold a conversation with a developer and advise clients on specs and budgets
• Uses AI in their own work and can judge it credibly in candidates
• Ownership, thoroughness, drive and a friendly, helpful attitude

• ATS systems (the company uses Workable)
• Sourcing tools such as Boolean searches and LinkedIn

What we offer

• Monthly salary of $3,000-$3,500 (gross, fully remote, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm CET with some flexibility)
