HR Intern, HR Service Center EMEA

About the role

This internship offers hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HR Service Delivery within a global organization's EMEA HR Services team. You will help create a positive experience for candidates, employees and hiring managers across the region, working in a hybrid model based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Your CV should be submitted in English.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition process by coordinating interviews, managing scheduling through the Phenom platform and helping create a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure clear communication and efficient recruitment administration.
• Learn how HR Services operates by supporting employee inquiries, observing case management and gaining exposure to ServiceNow.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that simplify and enhance HR processes and employee experiences.
• Build HR knowledge by working with colleagues across the EMEA region and exposure to a wide range of HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• Currently studying (up to final year) Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition; previous internship or work experience is a plus but not required.
• Good communication skills and professional written and spoken English.
• Proactive, curious and service-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly while managing tasks in an organized way.
