People Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious People Operations Specialist to join our People team in Ljubljana. This hands‑on, high‑ownership position will drive technical hiring and keep our People operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle technical recruitment for Slovenia teams, from role scoping to offer.
• Run orientation sessions for new joiners and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Support employer branding events that showcase DevRev’s culture to candidates and the community.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR administration, including records, documentation, and employee requests.
• Partner closely with the People Business Partner and the global People team to align processes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or People Operations, preferably with technical hiring.
• Proven ability to run recruitment processes end‑to‑end, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers to define role requirements and keep hiring momentum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Slovenian with a service‑mindset.
• Self‑starter who notices what needs to happen and makes it happen.
