Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Specialist (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is looking for a highly qualified Non-Key Expert to integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations across the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme activities, ensuring inclusive participation and equitable access to opportunities generated by the cooperation.

Key responsibilities

• Systematically embed gender‑responsive and socially inclusive approaches in programme design, implementation and monitoring.
• Facilitate inclusive stakeholder participation, develop gender analyses, and produce sex‑disaggregated indicators and communication tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in gender equality or social inclusion, with at least 4 years designing gender‑responsive approaches in donor‑funded programmes.

Required skills

• Gender analysis and development of sex‑disaggregated indicators.
• Inclusive stakeholder participation and gender‑responsive communication.
