HR & Payroll Supervisor

About the role

TMF Group is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Supervisor to deliver world‑class payroll services to its Slovenian clients. In this senior position you will act as a pivotal team member, handling complex payroll tasks, ensuring statutory compliance, and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll, income, and receipts in line with Slovenian regulations and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax returns, and pension fund documentation to authorities.
• Onboard new clients and proactively monitor client requests, contributing to positive NPS.
• Review and verify payroll calculations, records, and reports for accuracy.
• Mentor junior HR & Payroll team members and suggest workflow improvements.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate timesheet records.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of end‑to‑end payroll experience in Slovenia.
• Deep knowledge of local tax, social security, and payroll legislation.
• Proven ability to train and supervise junior team members.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good level of English and ability to interact with clients and authorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
