About the role

The operator will work in the new aseptic production unit in Ljubljana, performing independent production operations on various lines and units within the packaging department. The role ensures that manufacturing runs smoothly, complies with legislation, internal policies, good practices and business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out and/or supervise production operations according to the production plan and GMP guidelines.
• Document all activities accurately and review batch records in a timely manner.
• Perform scheduled cleaning and maintain production areas following the 5S system.
• Monitor equipment performance, report any issues and support escalation procedures.
• Conduct sampling, distribution and in‑process controls as required.

Required profile

• Secondary school education.
• Minimum two years of experience in production environments across different lines or units.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work in multiple shifts, including night shifts.
• Agreement to a one‑year fixed‑term contract with a six‑month probation period and possible extension.
