Production Controller

About the role

The Production Controller will monitor production performance indicators, prepare management reports, and analyze production costs and deviations from targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Analyze production costs and deviations from planned targets.
• Collaborate in the preparation of monthly and annual production plans.
• Prepare financial analyses related to production costs and optimize cost structures.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting, tracking actual performance against plans.
• Propose measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work closely with production, technology, R&D, procurement, and finance departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in English and Slovene.
