About the role
The Production Controller will monitor production performance indicators, prepare management reports, and analyze production costs and deviations from targets.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Analyze production costs and deviations from planned targets.
- Collaborate in the preparation of monthly and annual production plans.
- Prepare financial analyses related to production costs and optimize cost structures.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting, tracking actual performance against plans.
- Propose measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with production, technology, R&D, procurement, and finance departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company.
- Proficiency in English and Slovene.

- SAP (or other ERP system) – advantage
