About the role

This position is based in Ljubljana and involves operating and supervising production processes in the packaging unit. The role follows a rotating shift schedule (one week night, one week afternoon, one week morning) and requires strict adherence to GMP guidelines and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and/or supervise production operations on various lines according to the production plan and GMP instructions.
• Document all activities accurately and maintain batch records.
• Perform timely cleaning, preparation, and sterilisation of equipment and production areas.
• Maintain production surfaces following the 5S system.
• Monitor line performance, report issues, and assist with troubleshooting.
• Carry out sampling, distribution, and in‑process controls as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational education (any field).
• Proficient knowledge of the Slovenian language.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
