Commercial & Social Media Intern (Sales Support & Content Creator)

About the role

Eclixi is an AI-driven technology startup at the intersection of aesthetics, skincare and digital health, developing diagnostic solutions for aesthetic clinics, dermatologists and beauty brands. It is expanding across the Adria region and international markets from its central office in Ljubljana. The company is hiring several Commercial & Social Media Interns, suitable for university students or recent graduates, on a full-time or part-time basis with flexible hours around studies.

Key responsibilities

• Social media and content creation: design visual assets, carousel posts, stories and short videos for LinkedIn and Instagram using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Help organise and schedule the weekly editorial calendar for Eclixi, Divamea and executive personal branding.
• Monitor comments and direct messages and engage with aesthetic clinics, beauty professionals and industry pages.
• Track digital trends, industry news and competitor strategies to propose new content ideas.
• Identify and map aesthetic clinics, dermatologists and cosmetics businesses across Slovenia and neighbouring markets.
• Maintain contact lists and records in the CRM system.
• Support the commercial team with outbound message templates, digital intro campaigns and sales presentation decks.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, client correspondence and onboarding materials.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media or a related field.
• Slovenian at full professional level (C2); English at professional working level (C1).
• Italian at working level (B1/B2 or above) is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Curiosity, proactivity and eagerness to learn B2B commercial practices.

Required skills

• Canva (or Photoshop/Illustrator) and basic video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Organised, detail-oriented and structured approach.
