Junior Product Manager – FMCG & Adhesives (Temporary)

About the role

Bolton International, the international division of the Italian FMCG group Bolton, is looking for a Junior Product Manager to join its Marketing team in Nova Gorica, Slovenia. You will support the Marketing team for the FMCG and Adhesives categories in day-to-day activities, from promo materials, sampling and consumer care to product catalogues and POS materials, while keeping logistics and administration processes running smoothly. You will report directly to the Marketing Senior Manager and work closely with the other Product Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and yearly reports (promo materials, co-packing, sampling) and coordinate daily the delivery of promo materials and sampling
• Manage client portals and ensure product data is accurate and complete
• Handle consumer inquiries and complaints
• Create product catalogues, articles and media posts; translate websites, product descriptions and brand articles
• Support the design of new POS materials, consumer promotional gadgets, image pages, customer catalogues and leaflets, and deliver materials for PR packages and events
• Handle logistics data, codes for new products, artwork and graphic checks; maintain business records (declarations, co-packs, pallets)
• Monitor co-packing and repacking, calculate and register green taxes, and manage safety data sheets

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field
• At least 6 months of previous experience in similar roles
• Fluent Slovenian and English

Required skills

• Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good understanding of numbers
• Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
