User Acquisition Manager

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast-growing Slovenian startup that helps turn strangers into friends through local meetups held weekly in cities across the US, UK, Canada and beyond. It is expanding its marketing team and is looking for an experienced, self-organised User Acquisition Manager to grow its products and implement new features and ideas. The team is international, English is the first office language, and the work is done on site in Ljubljana.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and analyse user acquisition campaigns across performance channels
• Optimise campaign performance toward return on investment (ROI)
• Run A/B and multivariate tests and present results to the team
• Track and report key metrics regularly
• Build and nurture relationships with advertising partners
• Work cross-functionally to develop and ship new growth ideas
• Keep management informed on plans, status and challenges
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in a performance-based acquisition role
• Solid understanding of the digital user acquisition ecosystem (paid social, search, and growing into mobile app)
• Familiarity with KPIs such as CAC, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate and LTV
• Comfortable optimising a funnel (e.g. landing page / quiz to sign-up to booking)
• Self-starter, organised, proactive and result-oriented
• Fluent English

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads and ad networks
• Performance marketing and campaign analysis
