Head of Growth (Mobile App)

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast-growing Slovenian startup that helps turn strangers into friends, with thousands of local meetups every week in cities across the US, UK, Canada and beyond. It is looking for a Head of Growth to own and execute the growth strategy of its multiple brands across channels and markets. The role is 50% execution, 50% strategy, working directly with the founders to scale the business. The team is international, English is the first office language, and the office is in Ljubljana city centre; hybrid work is expected.

Key responsibilities

• Paid acquisition: own paid media end-to-end across Meta, TikTok and Google, coordinate media buyers, creatives, designers, video editors and AI producers, and scale spend of $1M/mo+ profitably against ROAS, CAC and LTV.
• Refine the creative strategy, launch and test landing pages, funnels, checkouts, upsells and pricing experiments.
• Influencer, UGC and creator program: source, brief, negotiate and measure, turning platform trends into converting angles.
• Email and lifecycle marketing (activation, retention, reactivation, churn prevention) with product, and build SEO as a long-term channel.
• Use GA4 and product analytics, run experiments across the funnel, debug tracking and attribution gaps, and partner with product and data teams.
• Lead and grow the in-house marketing team, manage agencies and external partners, and deliver clean reporting to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years in performance marketing at a consumer tech, B2C subscription or e-commerce company.
• Hands-on experience running performance campaigns (ideally on Meta) and a track record of scaling spend and managing large budgets.
• Experience leading a team and managing agency or freelancer relationships.
• Fluent English and strong written communication.
• Hybrid willingness and comfort with ambiguity and fast change.
