Senior Meta Ads Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. This full-time, independent contractor position is for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist with 4-5+ years of hands-on experience managing, optimizing and scaling Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The role suits a data-driven performance marketer who owns Meta accounts, tests creative strategies and scales profitable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and minimize customer acquisition costs
• Optimize campaigns based on CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and ROAS
• Develop and test prospecting, retargeting, lookalike and broad targeting strategies
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad creatives, copy and messaging
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API and conversion tracking
• Build performance reports and scale winning campaigns without compromising profitability
• Analyze landing pages and funnels, and stay up to date on Meta platform changes

Required profile

• 4-5+ years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Proven success scaling paid social campaigns and delivering strong ROI/ROAS
• Hands-on experience with significant monthly advertising budgets
• Experience with e-commerce brands, lead generation businesses or digital marketing agencies
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to work independently in a fast-paced remote setting
• A portfolio or case studies showing measurable campaign performance

• Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite and Events Manager
• Meta Pixel, Conversions API and attribution
• GA4, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
• Nice to have: Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, CRO and marketing automation
