Marketing Manager – 4‑Month Maternity Cover (Remote, EU)

About the role

This is a 4‑month maternity‑cover contract for a Marketing Manager at Foxelli Group. The position is fully remote within the EU and offers the possibility of a longer‑term role if both parties are happy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute full‑stack marketing strategies that drive real business growth, from idea generation to launch and optimisation.
• Write persuasive copy for ads, landing pages and funnels, and review design work to ensure on‑brand conversion.
• QA landing pages, run A/B tests and collaborate with developers to implement website improvements.
• Act as the bridge between marketing, design and development teams, creating clear briefs and tracking project progress.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback and market data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Integrate AI tools (GPT, image/video generators, automation platforms) to accelerate experimentation and execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or full‑stack marketer in e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, workflow automation and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on CRO and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Customer‑centric attitude and passion for e‑commerce growth.
