Clinical Sales Specialist - Robotic Surgery

About the role

SOFMEDICA brings life-saving medical technologies to patients and healthcare professionals across Central and Southeastern Europe. It is looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist for its robotic surgery business. This is not a typical sales position: you will visit hospitals and spend time in operating rooms, acting as clinical support for hospital staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong relationships with hospital management and hospital physicians
• Act as clinical support, helping hospital staff understand the functionality of the technology
• Train and provide ongoing clinical support to operating room, anesthesia and sterilization teams
• Visit hospitals and stay in operating rooms

Required profile

• Experience in medical device sales, preferably in surgical or high-tech medical technologies
• Exposure to a surgical or operating room environment
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in providing clinical support for medical devices
• Eager to learn and grow professionally, with a dynamic, problem-solving attitude
• Confident communicator with surgeons, physicians and hospital stakeholders
• Willing to travel frequently and support procedures on site
• Native Slovenian, fluent English, clean B driving licence
• Understanding of hospital workflows and procurement processes is a big plus
