About the role

This position is based in Mengeš, Slovenia and focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, process quality and production performance through technical engineering activities. You will be involved in equipment improvements, qualification, validation and maintenance optimisation within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical and engineering changes on production equipment and systems from planning to completion.
• Participate in investment projects, including drafting technical specifications, design approval, procurement, qualification execution and equipment start‑up.
• Conduct equipment qualification activities such as FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ and OQ.
• Investigate deviations, troubleshoot technical issues and resolve equipment failures.
• Prepare, review and maintain technical documentation and risk assessments.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with internal functions, external contractors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Higher education in a technical discipline or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in engineering or a production environment.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand technical documentation and process environments.
• Proactive attitude with problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
