Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI & Workflow Development

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to define an agentic‑first approach to software development. You will design and implement agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React and AI orchestration patterns, turning successful experiments into production‑ready systems for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows that coordinate tools, services, data and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration, context management, memory and multi‑agent collaboration.
• Integrate agents throughout the development lifecycle – planning, implementation, testing, debugging, refactoring, code review and documentation.
• Establish standards for agent evaluation, observability, reliability, security and governance.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and transition successful experiments into production systems.
• Mentor engineers and shape an agentic‑first technical strategy across the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software product development.
• Strong proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript and React.
• Hands‑on experience building AI agents, tool‑using LLM applications or orchestrated workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding agents as productive collaborators and to review, test and secure agent‑generated code.
• Senior‑level experience building and operating production software systems on AWS.
