Senior Salesforce Architect

About the role

Loftware is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions across its global operations. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable, high‑performance architectures while ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review Salesforce solutions and architecture aligned with business goals and technical strategy.
• Serve as the lead technical resource for configuration, custom development, enhancements and production issue resolution.
• Define and enforce Salesforce governance, best practices and coding standards.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, making trade‑off decisions to deliver optimal solutions.
• Assess current Salesforce implementations and create a roadmap for future enhancements.
• Partner with data engineers, business operations and product teams to meet scope, timeline and requirement targets.
• Communicate technical concepts and strategic vision to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive leadership.
• Research emerging Salesforce technologies and collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
• 5+ years of Apex development, DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
• Proven leadership, mentorship and communication skills.
• Strong ability to evaluate trade‑offs, conduct build‑vs‑buy analyses and influence technology strategy.

• Salesforce platform development (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce).
• Apex programming and CI/CD pipelines.
• API development and third‑party system integration.
• DevOps practices for Salesforce.
• Enterprise architecture and system design principles.
• Data modeling within Salesforce.
