AI Transformation & Enablement Analyst

About the role

Loftware is looking for an AI Transformation & Enablement Analyst to drive AI strategy, operational transformation and product innovation. Reporting to the AI Strategy Leader, you will work across product, engineering, go‑to‑market and customer success teams to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, select and roll out AI‑driven tools to boost productivity and track adoption impact.
• Partner with leaders to define performance metrics and calculate ROI for AI projects.
• Support go‑to‑market and customer success operations with AI‑assisted sales workflows, AI‑driven insights, AI‑powered support, field enablement and messaging.
• Collaborate with product management to design and deliver AI‑powered product features from concept to launch.
• Work with enterprise architects to ensure consistent use of approved AI models, frameworks and platforms.
• Coordinate with the CISO and AI Innovation Committee to safeguard data integrity, IP and compliance with security and privacy standards.
• Stay current on AI trends, tools and best practices, advising the organization on emerging opportunities and risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, generative AI platforms or LLM‑powered applications in a SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate across product, engineering, finance, legal and customer‑facing teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring impact and delivering business value.
