Senior Java Software Engineer – Intralogistics Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a senior Software Engineer with strong Java expertise to join our Swiss‑owned competence centre in Ljubljana. The role focuses on delivering complex intralogistics software solutions for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Specify, design and implement customer requirements in complex intralogistics projects.
• Enhance and extend the existing core framework.
• Contribute to solution finding and architectural decisions.
• Strengthen the overall engineering community through knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• University/Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Solid foundation in object‑oriented software engineering.
• Experience with database querying languages (SQL).
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with virtual teams across cultures.
• Fluent oral and written communication in English.
