Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (TypeScript)

About the role

Dhimahi, a Slovenian software company with headquarters in Ljubljana and offices in Zagreb and Belgrade, is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build a new ticketing and commerce platform for live entertainment. The role uses TypeScript across frontend and backend, and is based in the BTC City office in Ljubljana.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from customer-facing interfaces through APIs and services to data persistence, working with Product, Design and business stakeholders
• Design and implement clean, well-structured APIs, considering contracts, security, performance and maintainability
• Shape the architecture by owning critical product components and guiding technical decisions across system boundaries
• Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests, build in observability and troubleshoot issues in production
• Use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, reviewing and testing the code you ship
• Evaluate technologies and approaches, and co-own the product from ideation through release and maintenance

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a software engineer, including ownership of significant features or product components
• Strong TypeScript experience shipping and maintaining production software
• Experience building frontend apps with React or a comparable framework and backend services with relational databases
• Comfortable learning new technologies; AWS, infrastructure as code, e-commerce or ticketing experience is a plus
• Clear written and spoken English, able to collaborate across disciplines
