SAP FICO Consultant – Finance Transformation

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing digital advertising team as an SAP FICO Consultant. You will help enhance and optimise finance processes within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment and support the global rollout across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for finance and controlling processes.
• Configure and enhance SAP FICO functionality in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Bridge finance processes across modules to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.
• Translate business needs into effective SAP configurations.
• Participate in stakeholder workshops and provide functional SAP expertise.
• Support system enhancements, changes, and post‑go‑live improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams during implementation phases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and system usage.

Required profile

• Strong experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (public‑cloud experience is a plus).
• Deep understanding of finance and controlling processes (GL, AP, AR, cost controlling, reporting).
• Proven experience in SAP configuration and functional consulting.
• Ability to work across modules and understand end‑to‑end business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English.
