Sales Representative – International B2B

About the role

WIN SOURCE is looking for an early‑career Sales Representative to start with sales execution and grow into an independent B2B sales professional handling international electronic component customers. No prior electronic‑components experience is required; the focus is on communication, execution and learning ability.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and organise potential customer leads via LinkedIn, industry platforms and other tools.
• Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and follow up basic customer needs, RFQs, quotations, samples and order progress.
• Maintain accurate customer information, follow‑up records, quotation logs and CRM data.
• Collaborate with sales, sourcing, procurement, logistics and quality teams to support customer requests.
• Continuously follow up with prospects, inactive customers and existing leads to advance conversations.
• Learn electronic‑components basics, customer purchasing processes and supply‑chain knowledge.
• Assist Sales Managers or Business Development colleagues with basic customer development tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development or customer communication (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good English or local language communication skills.
• Proactive outreach attitude with consistent follow‑up.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to learn a new industry.
• Interest in international business, B2B sales or electronic‑components supply chains.
• Early‑career candidates, fresh graduates or those with strong sales potential are welcome.
