Product Manager - AI x EdTech (French speaking)

About the role

Paradox, an AI-native personal growth platform founded by David Laroche, is looking for a Product Manager to build its AI-native product department. The role defines the product strategy, roadmap and experiments behind the ecosystem of Loops, PX Agents, Protocols and Membership, turning the founder's vision into a clear product direction. The position is full-time, based in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the founder's strategic vision into a clear product strategy and maintain the roadmap linking business goals, user outcomes and technological innovation.
• Make AI native a way of building the company, including designing AI agents, loops and feedback systems.
• Understand users deeply: talk to users weekly, analyse patterns and turn behavioural science and coaching psychology insights into product hypotheses.
• Build, ship and learn fast using Lean Startup methodology: design experiments and measurable metrics before building, iterate weekly on new hypotheses.
• Define and track product metrics such as activation, retention and transformation rates, connect them to business KPIs and help marketing tell evidence-based stories.

Required profile

• 3-6 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS or consumer tech; bonus for AI-driven products, learning design or personal development platforms.
• At least one major feature or product delivered end-to-end with measurable results.
• Native French and fluent English; written communication in English.
• Comfortable with Figma and prototyping.
