Head of Product - AI x EdTech (French speaking)

About the role

Paradox, an AI-native personal growth platform founded by David Laroche, is looking for a Head of Product to build its AI-native product department and turn it into a category-defining global brand. The role sits at the intersection of AI, behavioral science and design, and is based in the offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon, or remotely from anywhere in the world.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the founder's strategic vision into a clear product strategy and build and maintain the roadmap linking business goals, user outcomes and technological innovation.
• Make AI-native a way of building the company: design self-learning AI agents, loops and feedback systems that improve with every user interaction.
• Understand users deeply: talk to users weekly, analyse patterns and turn insights from behavioural science and coaching psychology into actionable product hypotheses.
• Build, ship and learn fast using Lean Startup methodology: design experiments and measurable success metrics before building, and iterate weekly.
• Define and track product metrics such as activation, retention and transformation rates, connect them to business KPIs and help marketing tell evidence-based stories.

Required profile

• 3-6 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS or consumer tech; experience in AI-driven products, learning design or personal development platforms is a bonus.
• Has shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results.
• Fluent English, able to hold detailed conversations with English-speaking colleagues; French is native.
• Comfortable with Figma and prototyping directly.
