About the role

The company seeks a motivated sales consultant for its motorcycle program. You will advise customers on motorcycles and accessories, handle inquiries, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on motorcycles and related equipment.
• Process customer inquiries and manage sales documentation.
• Prepare merchandise for sale and assist with stock receipt.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate actively with the business unit manager and complete daily tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues.

Required profile

• IV level professional education.
• At least one year of experience in sales or service.
• Good knowledge of motorcycle equipment and products.
• Strong initiative, accuracy, organization and excellent communication in Slovene.
• Developed sales and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Proficiency with social media platforms.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Driving licence categories A and B.
