Paralegal – Customer Service (LegalTech) – Remote

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements tailored to customer needs, ensuring compliance before final review.
• Provide prompt, courteous support via email and online channels, resolving inquiries and guiding users through the platform.
• Assist with technical onboarding, account setup, and integrations with source code management platforms.
• Answer prospective‑customer questions, helping them understand the platform’s capabilities from the earliest stages.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports based on customer‑provided information.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve satisfaction, retention, and overall service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, Customer Success, or a client‑facing role.
• Strong attention to detail in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Interest in LegalTech, SaaS solutions, and modern legal workflows.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Comfort with remote work and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Google Docs (or similar web‑based productivity tools)
• Source code management platforms (e.g., GitHub, GitLab)
