Compliance and Integrity Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance and Integrity Officer to ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate business processes, and promote integrity across the company and its subsidiaries in Nova Gorica, Slovenia.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating business processes across the company and its subsidiaries.
• Proposing and implementing an effective internal control system, while promoting awareness, providing training and advising on compliance and integrity matters.
• Analyzing the potential impact of legislative changes on the operations of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Monitoring and assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal policies, documents and procedures across the company and its subsidiaries.
• Preparing compliance reports for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Handling reports of misconduct and breaches of applicable regulations, internal rules and ethical principles.

Required profile

• Completed VII level of education or equivalent university degree.
• At least five years of experience in managerial positions.
• Professional proficiency in English and knowledge of Italian.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sense of personal integrity and professional ethics.
