Pacific Value-Added Enterprise Mentor

About the role

Strongim Bisnis is seeking experienced Pacific entrepreneurs to act as mentors and trainers for Solomon Islands SMEs developing value‑added processing businesses. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with travel across provinces.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mentoring, training and business coaching to local entrepreneurs.
• Participate in entrepreneur‑focused events, workshops and practical training sessions.
• Share practical lessons learned from operating a small or medium‑sized processing business.

Required profile

• Established owner of a small or medium‑sized value‑addition business.
• Demonstrated commercial success and market experience beyond the local area.
• Hands‑on knowledge of production, processing, packaging, branding, marketing and financial management.
• Experience in Pacific contexts, especially coconut, seaweed or horticultural processing.
