HSE Business Partner – Platforms

About the role

The HSE Business Partner will shape and drive Health, Safety & Environment strategy across Large Molecules, Cell & Gene and Aseptic manufacturing platforms in Ljubljana. This senior leadership position connects global HSE priorities with local execution and leads a network of professionals across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute HSE strategy across the designated manufacturing platforms.
• Partner with Platform Heads, Site Heads and cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve HSE excellence.
• Coach and develop a geographically distributed team of HSE professionals.
• Ensure effective implementation of HSE management systems, standards and compliance programs.
• Oversee risk management, incident governance and corrective actions across sites.

Required profile

• University degree in Health and Safety, engineering, natural sciences or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical functions within multinational organizations, preferably in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Annual base salary range €76,300 – €141,700, plus a 20% annual bonus.
