About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Ljubljana. You will be responsible for building a local community of players, establishing venue partnerships, and delivering an outstanding game experience.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and scale Stranger Soccer in Ljubljana.
• Identify and secure quality football venues.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure a high‑quality player experience.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
